All of m402dn's operations are conducted in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Any legal disputes arising from use of the platform will be resolved before a court of competent jurisdiction in Bangladesh. m402dn first seeks to resolve any dispute through amicable discussion, and users are encouraged to contact the support team as a first step. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, the applicable legal procedures in Bangladesh will be followed. Bengali is the preferred language of communication in all dispute resolution matters, ensuring Bangladeshi users can engage with ease.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Any delay by m402dn in enforcing a provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Users may not transfer or assign any of their rights or obligations under these Terms to a third party. m402dn may transfer its own rights and obligations to an affiliated entity if necessary, without affecting user protections.
